Regarding insurance

Policies vary depending on the insurance you have. For all insurance, you will be billed once and a receipt will be issued. After that, you will file a claim with your employer or insurance company and will be reimbursed.

Many international insurance plans, such as CIGNA, AIA, AXA, Great Eastern, and Prudential, are applicable, but insurance for Japanese expatriates varies depending on the plan. If you need a medical certificate from your family doctor (GP), you will often need to see your GP once for a follow-up and your insurance will apply.

Also, please note that depending on the company, there may be cases where the company is responsible for the benefits.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours without notice, we will charge you 100% of the fee to avoid causing inconvenience to other customers.

Our treatment may or may not be covered under some health insurance policies or employment benefit packages. You can claim for our treatment depending on the insurance plans and policies covered.
Some patients are required to submit documentation for reimbursement via insurance claims, if applicable, to their respective insurance companies in the form of receipts, detailed doctors’ letters, or referrals from GPs or MDs.

24 hour cancellation and no-show policy

Due to other appointments, we may implement a mandatory cancellation fee if you missed your appointment time, without any certification or reasons.
